As Compliance Officers, Tim Vice and Lindsy Segura, work with all departments and the general public to make sure all ordinances and laws are complied with. Especially condemnation / demolition, abandoned vehicles and junk.

As Right-of way Specialist, Tim Vice, provides to various departments requested legal documentation concerning right-of-ways, deeds and other public records.
