New Iberia is a beautiful city and offers an unmatched quality of living in Acadiana.  This information on solid waste and recycling services is meant to help you make the most of your services and help keep the City's appearance neat and clean.

Household garbage and recycling are picked up by Allied Waste.  If you need a garbage can or recycle can for a new residence or if your can was stolen, please call the Mayor's office at (337) 369-2300 for a new one.  If you would like to purchase an additional can please call Allied at (800) 256-1886.  The charge is $75.95 per additional can.  Yard waste, furniture & clothing, and light construction debris are picked up by Gordon's Disposal & Landfill.  You may contact them at (337) 365-9034.
