Contractor Certification

All contractors entering into any contract work in the state on projects over $50,000 must be registered with the State of Louisiana.

When hiring a contractor, be sure to verify that the contractor is state registered for the type of work and amount of the contract by calling the State Licensing Board for Contractors at (800) 256-1392.
