Facility Use Rules & Regulations Oak Room, Cypress Room, Meeting Room, Senior Citizen Center, Gazebo, Sheds, Pavilions, Gym Side, Teen Side, Sliman, Boat Dock a) The costs of the Oak, Cypress & Meeting Rooms are $50.00 for 4 hours plus a $25 damage deposit. b) The cost of the Senior Citizens Building is $75.00 for 4 hours plus a $25 damage deposit. c) The cost of the Gazebo is $40.00 per day. d) The cost of the Small Playground Shed is $20.00 per day. e) The costs for the all other Sheds are $30.00 per day. f) The cost of the Emery Wing Lewis Pavilion (West End Park) is $50 per day. $25 non-refundable fee for cancellations. g) The cost of the Teen Side is $650.00 for 5 hours. h) The cost of the Gym Side is $850.00 for 5 hours. i) The cost of the Sliman Theater depends on the event and number of people attending. j) The cost for the Boat Dock is $30 per day or $ 150 per week (7 days). Maximum docking time is 1 week. Authorized approval required for extended stay. k) The cost of the Skate Park is $75.00 for a 2 hour minimum rental. l) The cost for the Bank Street Pavilion is $40.00 per day. This includes electricity. Extra hours are $20.00 per hour after closing hours & exceeding 4 hours for facilities listed in "a" & "b" above. Extra hours are $25.00 per hour for hours exceeding 5 hours for the facility listed in "g" above. Extra hours are $50.00 per hour for hours exceeding 5 hours for the facility listed in "h" above. Extra hours are $75 per hour for hours exceeding 5 hours for facilities listed in "g" & "h" above when rented together. When renting the buildings, you are allowed to come into the building or room only at the time specified on your application. No one will be allowed to come into the building or room early or stay in the building or room late unless pre-approved by the office. NOTE: NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN PARK FACILITIES. NOTE: DURING NORMAL PARK HOURS, THE PUBLIC HAS ACCESS TO RESTROOMS. Rules: 1. You must be out of the building or room by the specified time. 2. You must bring your own trash bags. Garbage must be placed in the outside containers. 3. No DJ or band allowed unless approved. 4. No taping, gluing, stapling, tacking, or nailing allowed. You may only use painter's tape to attach decorations (see office for tape). NO pinning items to curtains at Sliman Theatre. 5. No alcoholic beverages allowed unless approved. 6. No food is to be placed in drains. 7. Pick up whatever you don't want thrown out. We do not hold anything left behind. 8. Damage deposits must be picked up within 30 days or they will be forfeited. A $100.00 deposit is required for Teen Side/Gym and Sliman Rentals upon receipt of completed application. $25.00 is non-refundable for cancellations.
