| Field: | 60 X 40 yards, penalty area (30 X 24). Goals (6 X 12) Size 5 ball.

| #of players: | Games are played with five (5) players and a goalie. Minimum # of players on the field should not be less than four (4). Only the players on your original roster are eligible to play during games.
Co-ed rules: If you classify your team as co-ed you must have two females on the field at all times. In the event that one team has only one female for a game, opposing team captain can allow that team to play with one female. Once the decision is made all scores are final!

| Substitutions: | Substitutions are limited to the size of the roster up to a maximum of twenty (20) players. Only players on your roster who have completed all paperwork by the required forms deadline are allowed to participate in the leagues. Players may not be rostered on two teams within the same division. Substitutions are on a stoppage of play.

| Player Equipment: | Shin guards are mandatory and must be completely covered by socks. All players on the field must wear shin guards.

| ID's & Uniforms: | All teams/players need a photo. Players and teams will have a time-frame in which they will be assigned for the photo to be taken. (No exceptions, due to previous challenges). Jerseys or customized approved shirts must be worn by all players. Jerseys/shirts must be same color with a number on back. Goalkeepers must wear a jersey/shirt that is different from the color of either team. Referee has final call on allowing players to compete.

| The Game: | 2 X 25 minute halves with a five (5) minute halftime. OFFSIDES DOES NOT APPLY. No ties. No extra time unless in a playoff game. PK shootout automatically following a draw during regulation. In the event that two teams having same record at the completion of season, a 25 minute playoff game will be played. IMPORTANT: Teams must have enough players to start (goalkeeper & four (4) attackers) at the field and ready to play at game time. Referee and opposing team captain can allow a maximum of five (5) minutes past game time to allow an additional player to arrive. In the event of a team needing to forfeit, teams will be charged a $25.00 fee, to be paid by the next business day. Three (3) forfeited games will go before the Board for ruling. The team as a whole will be responsible for the result.

| Start of Play: | Opposing players must be a least fifteen (15) feet away prior to kick-off. No drop balls in penalty area.

| 3-Line Violation: | A player is guilty of a 3-line violation when he/she kicks or throws the ball across three (3) lines in the air, toward the opponent's goal, without touching or having been played by another player. An indirect kick will be awarded to the opposing team, at the point where the ball passed over the first line.

| Fouls & Free Kicks: | All direct and indirect fouls apply. Opposing players must remain at least fifteen (15) feet from the ball. Once the referee signals for play to continue, the kicker has five (5) seconds to play the ball. In the event of the infraction an indirect free kick is awarded.

| Goalkeepers: | 1) A goalkeeper, having control of the ball in hands, and having released it from his/her hands to be played, either by himself/herself or a teammate, shall not handle the ball again until it has been touched by an opponent, or a stoppage of play occurs. 2) KEEPERS MAY NOT HANDLE A BALL PASSED TO THEM BY A TEAMMATE. An indirect free kick will be awarded to the opposing team at the top of the penalty box. 3) Once the goalkeeper has handled the ball they have five (5) seconds to put the ball back in play. Failure to do so will result in an indirect free kick for the opposing team at the top of the penalty box. 4) Keepers may not throw, punt, kick, or drop-kick the ball in the air over three (3) lines. If done so, an indirect kick will be awarded at the first line.

| Penalty Kicks: | 1) A penalty kick shall be taken from the top of the penalty box. All players, except the kicker and the opposing goalkeeper, must stand beyond the top of the penalty area. Players are not permitted on either side of the penalty area. 2) On direct kicks players must remain at least fifteen (15) feet from the ball. Yellow cards will be awarded to players who slow down the flow of the game by not providing the mandatory five (5) yards.

| Throw-Ins: | The five (5) second rule and the three (3) line violation also apply for throw-ins. The opposing team will regain possession after a five (5) second infraction.

| Goal Kicks: | The five (5) second rule DOES NOT apply to goal kicks. Goal kicks may not cross three (3) lines in the air unless touched by a player. Goal kicks are taken anywhere inside the penalty area.

| Corner Kicks: | Goals can be scored directly on corner kicks. Opposing players must be at least fifteen (15) feet away. Five (5) second rule applies.

| Misconduct: | Players ejected from a match will be suspended for at least the following match. Ejections for fighting or any other actions deemed violent may result in suspension from any further play. Should a player accumulate two (2) cautions he/she will be suspended for one (1) match. Offensive language is cautionable conduct. A $25.00 fee will be assessed to the team for a Red Card or Soft Red/Double Yellow in one (1) game. The player and team will be notified of the infraction in writing.

| Referees: | One referee will be assigned to each match. Remember that he/she will not be able to see everything as it happens (especially balls that go out of bounds). Referees will be treated with respect at all times.

| Inclement Weather: | Regardless of weather conditions players must appear at the field of play, ready to play as scheduled. Failure to play will result in the forfeit (forfeits will have a financial penalty) of the match. Only referees and/or league directors can cancel or postpone a match. Should a match be terminated due to weather conditions after half of play is completed the match will be considered official, and the score will stand.

| Amendments: | Should any problems arise during the season, additional rules may be added or changed by league director. Any changes will be brought to the attention of all team captains.
