In accordance with La. R.S. 44:1(A)(3), the Municipal City Clerk is the custodian of records for the City of New Iberia. Pursuant to the Public Records Law, R.S. 44:33.1(B) (See Act 256 of the 2019 Regular Session), information submitted to the City of New Iberia may become a public record.
