The City of New Iberia is committed to finding ways to stimulate sustainable economic growth in New Iberia through progressive planning.  Our goal is to enhance the efforts of our existing businesses, as well as to formulate new development initiatives to enrich our City.  Our City’s Plan Review team of highly skilled experts is ready to assist you in developing the most beneficial and appropriate use of your property and will offer code related advise.

The Site-Plan Review Team consists of department heads including pertinent members of their staff, as well as representatives from the utility companies and the LA. Board of Health.
